What time of day was this video taken? I visited Tokyo for the first time in April and every time we went to Isetan for food it was always very busy. Is there an ideal time to go there to avoid crowds?

This was taken at isetan in Kyoto, not Tokyo, probably mid-afternoon. Seems to me these places are always pretty busy, but go really nuts shortly before closing time, as they try to clear out the days inventory and offer special prices.
