NO, he would like to eliminate all funding that requires the bureaucracy. All areas in the country whose population grows suddenly like they did after Katrina, wouldn't be able to sustain their own educational system.
His ideals are based on the old interpretation of the Constitution which allowed citizens to travel freely without tarrifs but did not them to move to another state without consent. Little taxation means NO or little help for our poorand no charity left for humanitarian crisis'

No. He would not get rid of the education system, rather the bureaucracy that is the Dept. of Education and let the states self-determine their education policies.
No. He would not eliminate assistance to the poor. He would eliminate needless spending and taxation, allowing you to keep more of the money you earn, which you could therefore use to help the charities/individuals/communit

Ron Paul has raised the most money without big corporations unlike the other fake republican neocons. Now he's buying up NH and Iowa, haha! President Paul....sounds good already.
