NO, he would like to eliminate all funding that requires the bureaucracy. All areas in the country whose population grows suddenly like they did after Katrina, wouldn't be able to sustain their own educational system.

His ideals are based on the old interpretation of the Constitution which allowed citizens to travel freely without tarrifs but did not them to move to another state without consent. Little taxation means NO or little help for our poorand no charity left for humanitarian crisis'

No. He would not get rid of the education system, rather the bureaucracy that is the Dept. of Education and let the states self-determine their education policies.

No. He would not eliminate assistance to the poor. He would eliminate needless spending and taxation, allowing you to keep more of the money you earn, which you could therefore use to help the charities/individuals/communit­y of your choice.

This is a man who would insist that we get rid of the education system, all assistance for the poor,and  any help to anyone anywhere.

No goverment grants for shool, no grants for research...nothing.

He lives in a fantasy world that would let other countries develop nukes without supervision. We'd all be dead in 3 years.
