@josef733 Actually I notice the difference between 30 and 60 FPS (mostly in video games) 24 FPS is enough to fool the eye, 30 looks smoother and 60 smoother than that.

pretty sure these two have the same grafics card, one is just being set at 5fps.

if u experience this(normal gfx but low fps) a higher cpu can fix the fps problem
