Another thing to understand is in the arab world (before islam came about) marrying someone this young was not an issue as they developed a lot quicker. As a matter of fact when a man married someone who was older then themselves is was made a massive issue of. I hope you are able to understand this issue and not judge something that you may not have a full understanding of. We were not there in those days and in those situations. I also hope i have not offended you in any way.

I understand where you come from with this comment. Growing up in the 21st century marrying someone that young seems a little odd. But there are a few things you must realise to understand this situation.

The first being, Ayesha (RA) was not forced into this relationship, she married the Prophet (saw) and 3 years later this marriage was consummated at the will of ayesha (RA).

Loolz why it is different if it was then and now?? SO FUNNY :D yes life doesn't change, you know I heard that they had their wedding at the beach at sunset hehehe SO STUPID!

If U go back 30 years ago you’ll find girls getting married at the age of 20, & if a girl remained single until 30 that will be a SHAME,now most girls get married after 30, Do you see how the life changes? so how was it before1400 years? r U telling me that we r living by the same rules our grandparents lived ?
