These beautiful new images of Planet Earth come from 250 miles away in space. The intense lights & colors shown are due to its use of a hyper-light-sensitive camera. The Bright Golden spots are City Lights. The Bluish Flashes are Lightning Strikes. The Glowing Green Layer is the 'Aurora Borealis' effect.
