The Sherry Sisters - Sailor Boy (1964)

This is a fantastic recording, but when released as a single in mid-1964, it saw no action in the U.S. However, when it was released in Japan, it became a huge success and a top seller. Based on this success, it was re-released in the U.S. during the following year, but again failed to see any action. As a result, the Sherry Sisters recorded a few Japanese songs, in addition to their regular output (according to Billboard), and "Sailor Boy" was also shopped around to other countries. B-side is "He's Just Another Guy".
