5 years ago today, Lexi, who this song was written about lost her battle with breast cancer. She was an inspiration to many, I am so proud to be able to say she was my friend. She was an amazing woman, always smiling and painting the town pink. had all the time in the world for anyone who needed her. Thank you Frank for writing this song, I know she meant a lot to you too. I hope you still have the frog she gave you. Missing her always, xxxxx

Just learnt that my Nan has died today, but this song makes you realise there's no point in being sad. Everyone dies someday. Just look back and be glad of the time you got to spend together. I do definitely need a drink though...

For all those 'keyboard junkies' out there, if you've never lost a loved one from cancer then you don't really understand the song, you can still love the words and the tune but not the feeling. I hope you never have to suffer what we have gone through, nobody needs that in their life.
