@O2GuruTV hey i got a blackberry bold 9650 and when i go through everything and click my wi-fi network and then it gives me 5 mins and it says Enter this PIN into your wireless router:______ and it generates a random pin i dont know where to enter the pin though any ideas

@tabog786 and @jessicachikaplayboy A PIN is generated for use with a WPS connection. If you don't have this follow these steps > Scan for Network > Click on your network name > Connect to the network > Click CANCEL on the box that appears > Enter the Wifi password you would normally.
dam no video can sort my problem out i have bt infinity and when i try to connect to it because its not a secure network or some bs like that the blackberry gives me a code and i have to put that code into my hub. but how can i put a code into my hub when the hub has no buttons ?

@blacknish88 What type of security is on your wireless box? WPS security requires the PIN and this would normally be typed into your router settings page. If it's not WPS just press cancel on the Blackberry screen.

Hi im having trouble connecting my blackberry 9900 bold to the internet it always tells me failed to associate with the network plz help
ive tried deleting the network and connecting it again but it doesent work

@hassan0087 Double check the password you are using. Remember it is case sensitive and must be typed in exactly as written. Are you able to connect any other devices to the wireless network? May also be worth trying a hard reset on your router. This would return all settings to factory default.
