For stealth you put your hand over there mouth and slice there arteries or wind pipe or puncure the lung then do the same or slice the back of there legs so they can't move then slice, my dad is a trained sniper using stealth in the army his name was ghost,because he could go behind someone / anyone without knowing he was there, pretty awesome

I know SAS often uses double tap to the head instead going 2 to the body and then to the head. This is the most efficient shot, to hit the head, however it's a great possibility of a miss shot. Where as if you hit the chest (center body mass fist) you shock the attaker and it gives you a split second to hit the head. Can anyone elaborate on this head first double tap SAS uses. I would kindly ask only people who know what they're talking about to explain. Thanx
