Mehano HVLE Bombardier Blue Tiger Diesel Locomotive (HO Gauge) HD

This is a review of the third DCC sound fitted model locomotive that I have in my fleet at present. This is the HO Scale Mehano Bombardier Blue Tiger in the HVLE livery of which a number of these Diesel Locomotives operate in Germany (The UK Class 70 is related to the Bombardier Blue Tiger). But Pakistan and Malaysia also operate the Bombardier Blue Tiger in different variations as the Blue Tiger Locomotives in Malaysia operate on passenger trains as well as freight. Anyways staying with the model, this Mehano model has a ESU LokSound decoder fitted and the fleetnumber of this model is V330.3 as this is the HVLE version. The sound also works on DC mode as the decoder has a "passive" mode but the model kept stalling in this video because its been stored since March last year when it last ran on my former friend's layout. I think the stalling problem will go away once the model has been run enough times for it to "warm up" so a run in will be necessary. The detail on this model is absolutely stunning and I think Mehano has done a great job on capturing the Bombardier Blue Tiger in HO Scale. I received this model in late 2009 from my beloved nan before she passed away in July 2010. This locomotive uses most of the technology from the GE (General Electric) C44-9W as the locomotive uses the GE FDL V16 power unit and the cab controls are very similar as well. I give this model from Mehano a very good score. Please watch in HD.
