Haha I saw Pascal Roge today passing by while I was driving. He's a great pianist. I had the chance to listen to a performance of his with the Florida Orchestra last year.

A comment in general about youtube and classical performances ( . . . any musical genre for that matter). In my mind, perhaps the most incredible thing about youtube. Historic performances that I wouldn't have dreamt of the possibility of viewing, let alone seek out. Bravo.

There is no top on the piano during the prelude, but there is for the fugue.

Oh yes the Claire de Lune! I loved that! Random, and quite belayed, but would you happen to have a copy of the program still at your possession? I lost mine and I am so anxious to see what he actually played now that I know so much more about classical music. Any way you could help me out?

one of my favotire pianists -- i've never heard him do Bach. His London recording of Liszt B minor in the late 60's while raw is still one of my favorite versions of that amazing work. His Ravel is phenomenal -- let's get more video of this pianist up online!
