    What day are you on P90 X?

    How many times have you done this workout?

    You look in shape..so r u doing these workouts to increase your strength?

    Have you noticed yourself getting stronger?

  • @AutumnWeimer I do the P90x everyday using the calendar it came with. I am seeing myself getting stronger bc I never have tried some of the things that I am doing like workingout two-three times a day. Every since I start P90x I notice that my endurance has increase which almost always result in more rep which that may result in more strength then before. I start noticing my strength when I started doing push up with people on my back. I believe when I first done it I shocked myself.

  • @AutumnWeimer I am work out to look better and feel better. Maybe do a little modeling. The P90X wasn't my idea. It was the guy I weight train with idea. He is trying to lose weight and tone up. I am just his motivator. I believe everyone should have a motivator that is willing to go the distance. Lately I have been recording him more bc he is becoming more comfortable with his results thus far. At first I was only recording myself to record my body muscle growth and body fat lose.

  • @makingthebest09 I will keep posting when ever I could fit it into the P90X workout. Sometimes the workout leave me hurting for days as it should in the clip but I just continue to push and look for to the weekend to allow my muscle to take a rest and only do the stretch P90x dvd. So far people are asking since I been putting my videos on facebook people been asking me about what I'm doing. I been telling them about the challenges and more people thinking about making a health change....
