THIS IS HOW THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL COSTUME FILIPINIANA (BAROT SAYA) VARIED!!!!
some people says that we are not asians because of how we dress!! will we are asian but we are westernized people because the philippines was colonized by spain for 300 years!!! that is why we inherited their culture and traditions even our religion and also our facial features!!!!!it is like china influenced japan!!!! remember the kimono?! it is an influenced by china but the japanese people developed it!!! and it is also our case!! spain influenced us!!!

  • @warhammer023 Of course!!! what else?? If Filipinos are not Asians, then what? OF COURSE ASIANS

  • @28December2008 Not all pinoys have that denial though. Pinoys in the Philippines are well aware that they are Asians. Most Filipinos who were not born in the Philippines tend to ask that question about identity though. I'm a Pinas-born Pinoy and I make the effort to inform my foreign-born kababayans of their Asian heritage :)

  • @28December2008 Yup, it's funny though, that our spanish influence still has a very far-eastern(asian) nature... Even our borrowed terms no longer sound like regular spanish anymore, lol my Mexican friends always tell me how different our borrowed Spanish terms are from theirs :P

And yeah you're right, stupid wannabe filipinos, slandering their own heritage... I'm so ashamed when I find ones like that man.

  • @ThtOnePinoy It just means that Spain's goals in the past are successful and strong.

  • @lagodaxnian It won't gonna happen, Why really Filipinos are like wannabe non-Asian, like denying who really they are. Maybe because of Pride and their arrogance again.

  • @akerov Then Filipinos are HYPOCRITES if they claim to be like that, because I think they are not really being like that. Wala na akong bilib sa mga PILIPINO sa Maraming Bagay. Buti na lang hindi ako purong Filipino.
