Ingredients: Salad greens; 1 lb cooked shrimp; 1 pkg stir fry vegetables; 1/2 cup Catalina dressing; 1 cup chow mein noodles
Mix shrimp in bowl with stir fry vegetables, add dressing and toss to coat. Serve with salad greens, top with shrimp mixture and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
