  • I use egg shells and used coffee grounds, on top of compost....seems to work well..

  • @PianoManFX ... What ever works is the way to do it. The compost prpbably had a lot to do with it.........Donald

  • Hey im just curious how often should i water my tomatoes, obviously more often on very hot days but should i normally water every other day and about how much water should i use..I only grow pretty big tomatoes never cherry;s Would appreciate a bit of advice thanx..

  • @xchosenxbox ... check out my video on the PVC tomato watering system. This year, using the PVC, I watered several times a week giving them about a gal. per watering. It worked really, really well and not one tomato cracked after a big rain. Sory I didn't see your question until today.........Donald
