If this would have happened where I come from, the Fire Chief would have been sitting in front of the mayor and managing director and he would have needed a real wild excuse for this and only hope they would buy into it.

What a joke. I was down in July after this mess and the building was just being torn down the week we were there. I have NEVER seen such a screwed up Fire/EMS service that I have seen in Cape May County. The dispatch system alone is a JOKE. You can't even run paramedics from the fire departments. Stone Harbor is a beautiful town with beautiful homes and beaches, HOWEVER, despite their nice, pretty, clean, shiny fire trucks and their station, this is amateur hour when a real fire comes.

I am sure you guys having training classes. Do you ever have live burn training. The officers should always have a plan. Hit the hydrants, suit up, ventilate, and put the wet stuff on the red stuff. I know it hard in the smaller/slower districts or department. Our family vacationed in SH for about 10 years. Too bad the department is not as good as it can be. Keep the faith and be safe!!

@tennis1984 Well it's Fine I'm a Firefighter in PA not here, there are just so many fires up there I'm Fighting more than filming so these guys will never know how to fight fires and PA DE and NJ are not the south we don't do live burns, stop doing them in like 1979

I know it is hard to see, but I don't see any water flowing from the back or the front until 15 minutes in?

@tennis1984 it's what happens when you have firefighters that only fight a fire every two years, i hate being down here, the only good fire department is wildwood they can put out anything in under an hour unless it was started by someone. but yeah there shit all over this county.
