I have seen only until this episode, but i can imagine, someone is trying to make look Belly like a guilty guy, Massive Dynamic must be the good guys, and there is others, maybe ZFT or maybe Olivia is all confused, like I am, and ZFT is actually Massive Dynamic but they are good, and the guys that travels back here they are the ones doing all the experiments. Actually ZFT is Massive Dynamic, Bad guys must be claiming their actions in name of ZFT.
