@FireCat4xAZx Well I have, and I should re phrase, it depends on the circumstances if they feel threaten in someway they will attack for sure, you dont want to piss one off , but any case where I have seen one they run off, i guess its mainly been cubs but still cubs are the ones who wonder off. These seem to have been human raised since cubs and are well fed. Yes black bears can be very dangerous. Dont go out of your way to see one. So saying "wont" attack was a bit childish of me to say

This is ridiculous! Rather than bread this man might as well have put a gun to each of those bear's head and pulled the trigger. He has no idea the intellect of Black Bear or the learned behaviors that he's enforcing. Now all of those bears have a greater chance of associating people with food and the next time that someone comes along they with likely be a "nuissance" bear in order to get the food which will eventually get them shot by authorities... People are so stupid.
