This was just genius man. I am impressed. I happen to be one of the few people that actually like Meteorman, so I really got a kick out of this. Perfect sync with the audio and overall the editing was fantastic. I also loved the changed Meteorman logo at the end. I edit professionally and I can honestly say you have real potential.

Thanks a a lot sir. It means a lot coming from you. I've admired your web work since your outstanding BACK TO THE FUTURE/STREETS WITH NO NAME video and everything up until now. If you're interested please check out my DARK KNIGHT TRAILER PARODY and my BACK TO THE FUTURE GIGAWATT video...i would love to know your thoughts. Out of curiousity...what do you edit with, I was assuming Final Cut, but these days you never know. Thanks for the compliment, and for watching.

In regards to what I edit with, I switch off between Avid Media Composer and FCP. I was trained on Avid at school years back, but then when I graduated FCP started to take over the short form market (promos, trailers, etc). So while I still prefer using Avid, I had to make sure that I became proficient in FCP so I could get work. It sucks paying all that money to go to school only to find out the program you were trained on has become obsolete..LOL

Yeah, I have a lot of friends in film school now and they exclusively deal in FCP, sometimes Adobe. I used Adobe at home only because I have a PC and can't afford a mac just yet.
The rise of digital pretty much put a damper on what anyone was taught 10 years ago, its a different market almost entirely now. not fair to some. haha.

Do you have any suggestions for making it in the editing business. I've worked as an editor before, but jobs have been scarce lately.
