@misslilibea k my story is I just got "fired" from working at caterpiller as maintenance, my boss was a 60 year old black woman that had it in for me. whenever I did something she would always be correcting me and telling me I did it wrong. until eventually I stopped responding to her complaining by just ignoring what she was saying most of the time but she got so pissed that I wasn't kissing her ass she took me to the site manager and said I never do anything right and always slack. lol
