I am doing a bit better. I am not sure if the grounding pad made a difference. I have done many things. They all help. What helps teh most is being barefoot on a beach!

@Blackfootward It does affect me because there are people running around stinking up the place and spreading fungi.

As an electrician I can confirm a lot he says, but I really disagree with the sitting on a rock part. Key in electricity is free ions and you get those mostly in wetness.. go walk barefoot on the beach, or in wet (dew) grass. And remember not only shoes, but clothes also isolate you, bare skin is best. But when working with electricity (e.g. car battery, electrical tools, electric wiring) put on your shoes!

A lot of fringe science has become mainstream in recent times and is now far better understood. Human health is inextricably linked to the Earth's magnetic and energy system. This is not a subject for debate or conjecture, it is a fact.
Evidence abounds from the scientific community, but you're saying it's bunk.
Ok so lets see your evidence?
