would not make sense , as she was not on board when she blasted her self out , thus no reason to linger , that and the only tie in with the anime is the marker and the ship really , everything else is exclusive to the game , as it does not mention the colony alot, where as the anime practically references the colony every 5 mins.

I just realized , it has to be Nicole , the marker is making your head messed up right? all the way through the game , thus it makes sense that this is something only Issac can hear in his head , because hes going more insane and unstable throughout the game , and its made worse by hearing this song sung by what sounds like Nicole but in a deeper voice.
