Where are you guys getting these videos? I'm not a newbie. I've been a U.K. fan since the late 70's. I have two videos, and they both suck. I've got 15 boots on CD, but nothing as cool as these videos. I want copies I can play on my dvd player. If these are downloadable, I've never figured out how to do it. Any help on obtaining these for my private collection would be appreciated.

I was lucky enough to be UK's touring lighting director and lit every show that this version, Bruford, Holdsworth did...what an experience, because I was a fan as well.

@rkj1963 The result could have been better, and lasted a lot longer, if Jobson hadn't driven Bruford and Holdsworth - two of the best improvisors ever - out of the band by insisting they refrain from improvising. He wanted a predictable pop band that would play the same note for note solos every night on every tune, so he made the best half of the band so miserable that they were forced to quit. What a bonehead.

Very good, a classic of 70's! The Yngwie Malmsteen version cover is also very good, but it is heavier!!!!!

UK is still years ahead of their time, I'm disgusted to say. There is NOTHING out there that interests me like UK. They're still the best.

few drummers get around like bill bruford. how many friggin bands has he played with?

the obvious ones off the top of my head are yes, king crimson, genesis (on their '76 tour), U.K., ABWH, earthworks... i'm sure i've missed a lot.

he only played with genesis on one tour becauase they all agreed his style didn't really work that well with the band even though collins was always a big fan of his. i thought he was great with them though. check out the '76 tour vid called "genesis in concert"
