HAAHJEM, the Originator of track mobile Crushing- and Screening plants, is proud to present the HAAHJEM CTC 136 S3M - the new revolutionary unmanned secondary/tertiary stage Stone Crushing- and Screening plant.
The new HAAHJEM plant combines a series of innovative solutions providing the ultimate productivity in closed circuit processing crushing and screening of hard rock.
The heavy duty mobile plant may either operate in as a secondary/tertiary process stage fed from a primary crusher directly, or as stand-alone unit for crushing a wide spectrum of quarried hard rock minerals, natural gravel deposits, slag- or recyclable concrete construction materials.
Equipped with a highly efficient vibrating feeder with scalping section, a giant cone crusher and a huge three-deck screen the unit is prepared for the really tough crushing and screening tasks.
The material can be fed into the feed hopper either by a wheel-loader, an excavator or by a belt conveyor trough flap gate rear of the hopper. The vibrating feeder acting as the floor in the hopper, removes via the scalping section, efficiently the fines before the feed material passes to a conveyor bringing the material directly to the cone-crusher.
The crushed material is conveyed underneath the feeder arrangement, bringing the crushed and the pre-scalped material onto the three-deck screen. The screen sorts the united material into three final aggregate products in sizes pendant of the screen meshes applied. The screened material thereafter transferred onto distributing and discharge conveyors that offers a large stockpile capacity.
The oversize material from the screening operation returns to the crusher, looping the process until the correct material sizes are achieved.
The giant cone crusher has heavy duty roller bearing support. It has a precision design that generates higher efficiencies, reducing re-circulating loads and operating temperatures, making it highly tolerant of climate and temperature fluctuations. The robust cone accepts higher variation of material in-feed, thus is typical for contracting jobs. With medium coarse manganese it can operate with top size up to 300 mm and capacities up to 550 MTPH.
The high efficient 3-deck screen has side tensioned screen cloth with huge access space for easy mesh change.
The unit is prepared for dual power source operation. It is self-propelled with power supplied from its own incorporated power source - a powerful low emission diesel generator, but can also be connected to an external local electric power net, enabling use of most cost efficient power source.

Thanks for your question Jim! The crusher drive consist of 2 ea. electric motors for 2-stage start-up proceedure and ballanced V-belt force, providing in total appr. 400 BHP to the crusher.

Thanks Jistuss! We assume it is minus ÷ 11 mm you are looking for. The HAAHJEM CTC 136 S3M has a bypass system in the feeder, utilizing the crusher and the screen within their optimum process range. In your case bypassing the ÷ 25 mm material to the screen, and +25-80 to the cone. The efficient Niagara screen from HaverBoecker can make ÷ 11 mm from the top deck. The Extra Fine Mantle on the Kodiak 400 CSS of 13 mm /25% recirc. we have net output of 160-200 MTPH. Conditions WI, dist. etc.Thx

Hei Pemariu! Takker for kommentar! K
