Qatar Airways 5 star nightmare

Qatar Airways gives you 5 star service until you reach Doha Airport and then you have to sit on the floor and rough if for a few hours until your connecting flight is ready. This is the reality of the 5 star service we were forced to endure when we chose Qatar Airways, their hub airport, Doha is a complete shambles!!! Just a huge shop, too many people and not enough seating and elusive customer service form QA.

Well Qatar Airline is a 5 star airlineand it services are miles and miles better then the other airlines,but u cant blame the airline simply cos of the airport facilities!!!

its always rammed in this airport i love how they taxi you past the empty vip terminal for the qatar royalty before haha

Well... I do believe that QR has sth to do with the airport that uses as a hub; and considering that they take pax there, just as a stop, it should take more care of the conditions (I endured 23hrs). Talking in other terms, QR has experienced strong growth, and DOH Airport happened to be too small. QR isn't unaware of those bad conditions, that's why a new airport is being built. Surely, a more comfy one. Meanwhile, I'll surely avoid DOH for long stop-overs. (I travelled KUL-DOH-GRU with QR)

@zeez88 Qatar airways does NOT own Doha int'l, Qatar airways have to pay for landings, fuel etc even at doha airport, But in a lower price ofcourse.

actually,al airlines do that,it's not very safe to be flying in these flying cinditions.take jetblue for eg,they cancelled almost all flights during that snow storm in newyork last year
