This is the way the IBM Country Club near Binghamton NY looked well after the floods of 2005 and 2006. Only last week, early sept 2011, was the place fixed up enuf to put on market for 700k. And now, it's prolly underwater again.

  • Hi jtcolfax! Nice to see this one. You look very different from the "dam you suck" video (still one of my favorites). I'm still following you with interest. Greetings, uair01

  • @uair01 Nice. I have sold the house (and tunnel) and moved half way across the country.

  • This place was flooded so horribly five years ago, as seen here, that it caused one partner owner to kill the others in a mass killing in Philadelphia. Last week it went on the market for 695,000 dollars, and this week I am assuming is underwater again, in the Binghamton Flood 2011.

  • @jtcolfax yes it did live in binghamton still. do you know of any other good sites in the binghamton area? currently im looking to get into an abandoned factory off court street to take some photos.

  • @Honda111093 I am gone from there,...I am wondering WHAT abanoned factory off court street you could mean, unless you are using the word FACTORY for something else. But I wont name a bunch of places for you all over the triple cities of Endicott, Binghamton and Johnson City. No one cares about the area, even in URBEX, but it truly is a quiet heaven for Urbex. You could do more there in a nite than you could do in Denver in a year. Drive around and look around, and also troll the net.

  • Nice vid. How easy is it to get inside?

  • @Bllackguard666 it wasn't hard for several years,..but they were definately reestablishing it when I left that area early this year

  • @jtcolfax

    no way !!! seriously ??

  • Wow. I played volleyball and basketball in there...and went to Watson Trophy dinners in there. Oh, and played ping ping and swam and golf. How sad to see it run down.

  • @jtcolfax Thanks, I still might give it a shot. Hopefully there is a way to get in.

  • Cornell University is where the brain of Edward Ruloff is kept in a jar. I have been there and looked at it. there were sexy people in the class just next to it. The brain...it calls to me..............
