Great video. I'm sure this will prove helpful to people. Luckily my PGM already had the battery removed so I didn't need to worry about this. I agree there are some really good games on the system especially the beat 'em ups.

im having sound issues with mine. im getting a really bad noise issue when the volume is mid ranged. i have a battery mod already.... i sent you a pm please get back to me....

Battery acid should be neutralized chemically stop it from eating the board any further. When this happens I usually pour some baking soda in a small cup of warm water, dip an old toothbrush in and use it to clean the area.
