La policía está convencida de que alguien del entorno de Fritz sabía lo que ocurría. Con probabilidad, es la misma persona que informó a la policía de que el hombre iría al hospital junto con su hija Elisabeth y dos de sus hijos-nietos. Fue allí donde se destapó el caso.

Ahora, investiga también si estuvo implicado en el asesinato de una joven en 1986. Josef Fritz, propietario de seis bienes inmuebles, gozaba de una buena posición económica. Esto es lo que le permitió llevar dos vidas paralelas.
