Pure Prairie League performs Falling In & Out Of Love and /Amie at 2009 San Diego Fair. The 2009 PPL lineup consists of original member Craig Fuller (guitar & lead vocals) and long time band leader Mike Reilly (bass & vocals) who joined the band in 1973, along with Donnie Clark (lead guitar & vocals), Rick Schell (drums & vocals) and Fats Kaplin (pedal steel, mandolin & fiddle)

I can hear his voice on this one so much more clearly. Love it when the pedal steel is in the version of this song. LOVE IT ALL. This song has just always gotten to me, the melody, lyrics. incredibly beautiful guitar and harmonies. It is a gorgeous song sung by just the right folks, and the instruments are beautiful..Yep, they still have it indeed.

Sorry for the cutoff before the ending... It was just a video clip from my digital camera and the memory came to an end to soon. It was very disappointing,
After the show I waited beside the stage for Craig Fuller. I wanted to let him know that the version of Little Feat that included him was the best that the band has ever been by far! It was an electric lineup, both live and in the studio. He got a warm smile on his face and thanked me... very humble!
