any tips on doing a wheelie for the first time

Try it sitting down first. Lower your air pressure in your tires and make sure they are the same in each tire. Start in first gear at first until you get them down a little. Roll along in first gear real slow, grab the clutch in, rev her up and dump the clutch. Then just adjust throttle accordingly.

my dad told me riding wheelies on yfz450 can blow up the moter cause something like no oil cant get to the gas and mix?

@davidchadcoffey yes it can if you do a long wheelie. some people have different things done to the motor so it idnt starving for oil

try it going up hill in first gear not using clutch, it works to learn
