you can, but if u just want a few free apps i like this better, i eventually had to restore my iphone but the ripdev site says this is more secure, and better if u just want a few free apps. but dont try jailbreaking 4 gb iphones, alot of the dev's stop paying attention to them and even tho its almost the exact same firmware/hardware as otehr 1st gen iphones, somthing (possibly amount of flash required by bootloader) itsnt good enough

its so much easier and you can put both installer and cydia on it (pushr only allows installer and it blocks access to the partition)

Can't you install cydia in the installer though? That was how ppl originally got cydia

You were alredy jailbroken on 2.2, and u used pusher? isnt that pointless?

how long would you say it takes from when the Pusher icon shows up to the final reboot? im finally doing it now and it just seems stuck on the photo of the russian doll with the spinning wheel, i might just restart and go into recovery mode and not put installer on
