@SoulCat59 --- just heard a special tribute to Carl Wilson on the radio remembering him on what would have been his 64th birthday ... today... may never be another sweeter person than Carl... Ironically after the tribute to Carl the next song was a Christmas song sung by his father in law - Dean Martin... It made me smile...

WOW- yes a definite tear jerker for a lifelong BB fan . i am just amazed with the background harmonies, the lead voice, the perfect temo of the whole song , and the lyrics... Reminds me in some ways of Brian's Back. I really love your song.... Guess I need to look for othe work by you. Thanks so much

My collaborator Steve Kerner ( Stevie Keys ) Created the music that vamps on the intro and outro One of the most beautiful pieces ever I am forever indebted to him for helping me create the song He was my driving force and Producer at that point in time And has been my songwriting partner for awhile

I Thank You heartfully for your comments After really getting nowhere with songwriting and singing on my own It really is great to have someone appreciate what you do ...Billy Hinsche from the BBs told me that he liked it and Al Jardine heard it Though never responded ...I wish that Brian would hear it and let me know if he liked it THAT would be the ultimate This song was written the day I heard that Carl had passed away Just a few emotions jotted down on the back of an envelope
