In season 9 they don't make chloe do anything............... She is now a boring character because she isn't even in the show that often anymore. Then they will probably kill chloe off because in every episode so far lois has visions and in every single one of them chloe is dead....

Yes, I agree. I think they will end up killing Chloe off, alltho shes one of the main reasons I still watch the show. It's not that I dislike the rest smallville/superman, its just I'm frustrated, there is no point to the show anymore. It was supposed to be the man before Superman, now they should just change the show name to "Superman"

Smallville began as the early years of Clark Kent, pre-Superman... as its evolved, its turned more towards a completely Elseworlds telling of the DCU, utilizing other heroes as well. This new season (season 9), that is to begin in a couple of weeks will be the first to see him don any kind of Superman outfit, though it is not THE Superman outfit... yet. But to answer you question more precisely... yes, and seasons 1-8 are currently available on DVD.
