And with presidential elections on the horizon the government is cracking down further on journalists who refuse to tow the party line.

Yes that was bad time. But like you can see now and at our neighbours, Armenia - Forpost of Russia with Russian millitary bases in the country, 2 million citizens escaped Armenia in 2008, Georgia is not better also. So if Azerbaijan is currupted and bad then what about our neighbours? They dont exsist then LOL.
