@breaneainn I've woken up to black figures in the corner of my room. And other times I gotten the whispering in the ear. During SP it's felt like something was moving on the bed witih me. For the most part they just stare. Any light entering the room they leave really fast. It's really weird because once when I astral travel to my bedroom door I saw a figure at the door and soon as I realized I was looking at myself from the bed I shot back into my body.

@aslynelf No worries, just remember that these things are more fragile than the wind, and although it seems weird at the time if it happens to you, just the decision to protect yourself is enough. doesn't matter how. Why be scared of a flock of birds when each bird is.....just a bird.? See what I mean?

Yeah, leave the ouija alone, it's like a spiritual download full of viruses, fun being an antenna until you pick up something that follows you around for 6 months.
