Sir, what an horrible comment! Salman's is a straight forward rendition without the frills and the coyness of Ghulam Ali. Both have a place in ghazal singing...you and I and others can do sou sou wazahaten and I hope upon reflection, you will notice your comment was most uncharitable to a very unassuming but yet a sincere singer!
What kind of a horrible singer I can only hear music his voice has been over powered by the music horrible singer no one can come even close to the original version sung by Maestro Ghulam Ali sahab

One of the fine ghazals of Salman Alvi. Rich, pleasant and delightful as usual. And fine visuals too. Compliments for uploading this valuable piece.
