Native Instruments Maschine - Crazy Effects

UPDATE for the haters out there: yes, this may not be the greatest Maschine video out there, I simply did it to show off the effects of Maschine, it is not intended to be a really hot, sophisticated, trendy, shining example of all things groovy and hip. So please take it for what is is worth.

So it has no built in speakers so you use your laptop or computer as speakers through the usb cable that connects it correct? and those sounds you chose to use they are preloaded sounds i'm guessing? also does it have preloaded voices? like a guy saying HEY! or LET'S GO!..?

@davidiscoolerthanu No built in speakers, need to connect to a computer via USB. It has lots of sounds, drums, key, sound effects. Not sure if it has a guy saying HEY or LETS GO - but, it is a sampler, so if you havea mic, and can run it into your computer via your USB box, you can record whatever you want.

does it stand alone or do you always need a laptop to play with it ?

@20tree need a computer (laptop or desktop). It can work in 'stand alone' mode which means you do not need a host program (like Cubase) to run it in.

@Spikezx7 since the most recent upgrade (1.6) you can load ANY AU or VST to Maschine (not only NI ones). This make maschine even more beastly than it previously was!
