Curt Dumas Pre-Trial 12-09-2010

Favortism for Curt Dumas, no justice for St. Clair Shores, Michigan Community. If Detroit Kilpatrick and his connection to Macomb County wasn't enough bad press for Michigan. Former Mayor and DPW director got a sweet plea deal in an off the record meeting 11/15/10 with Assistant Prosecutor of Macomb County while Judge Miller was on vacation. At this 12/09/10 PreTrial Dumas, at first, reluctantly pleads guilty to a 5 year felony but the plea deal only slaps him on the wrist. Hopefully at his sentencing February 2, 2010 the new judge does not accept the plea and provides justice to SCS. Either case, beware of who you defend and who you associate with---you become like them. (Matt Ahearn took $25,000 from the city to start another Activities Committee--even if someone asked him to take it, it wasn't his to take. Council stopped him in an emergency meeting of council).
