This song was sung by Pokot children in Asilong, Kenya at night. You couldn't see them, so video of a Mark II hand pump and well was included to show the Pokot warriors and the rugged terrain.

  • When I returned to this Pokot village in Asilong, West Pokot in March or 2010, I asked what the lyrics were. The song is a Christian song about Zacchaeus, the tax collector who climbed a tree to see Jesus. When you hear "Zukaiyo" that is Zacchaeus. "Come down from the tree Zacchaeus, Jesus is calling you." Is the basic part of the song.
