Sunshine (2007) (Movie) - John Murphy - The Surface Of The Sun / Cappa's Jump. IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0448134/

Great movie, directed by Danny Boyle. Soundtrack by John Murphy and Underworld. Best experienced on Blu Ray and DVD. If you can watch it on Blu Ray, go for it.

This scene is Cappa's Jump, a stunning and really heart-wrenching part of the movie. This track is a unique mix because it is from an early bootleg of the audio cues from the movie and hence slightly different from other versions out there. Enjoy :)

  • I don't understand, how can men, when looking upon the night's sky have the audacity to think that all of it was created just for us.

We are so tiny, and the universe is so vast, it's almost frightening of how insignificant we really are .

  • When I dream, the only thing I see is the surface of the sun.....every time I shut my eyes, it's always the same

  • one day nothing will happen and it will keep on happening forever!!

  • Live for the now because now is forever....one day we will return to stardust!

  • @Maximmu87 but then equally you think how fantastically significant you are, as you are the 'only' life form like you for trillions of miles around. completely empty space, and you just happen to be here.

  • God DAMN, this soundtrack is awesome.

  • @Maximmu87 It matters not of our size, but our will to overcome the world, even if we are to die, we will trust our next generation, for there is no end to the power of humanity

  • @GinjaNinjaWTF He's not dead mate.

  • @Maximmu87 I know...we are so insignificant but so significant at the same time since all being no matter what part of the universe are all one.

  • @GinjaNinjaWTF ...i don't think he's dead.

  • R.I.P. John Murphy. best composer in movie history
