Bolivia sold an entire mountain of copper ore to the the Chinese that will take 20 years to extract. What did Bolivia do with that money?  Bolivia has deposits of gold, silver, copper and other important metal ores. What have they done with that cash. Bolivia cannot even teach their own children how to go to the toilet.
