-
wow now thats a hot job what was it a private delling or aps ??
-
@ffjsb Ok man!:P its all clear now! ;)
-
@yiannickieboy That's because most tornados strike in the midwest, and hurricanes in the south. Many beach front houses are wooden because they are elevated to protect against flooding. Watch some videos of Boston, Phoenix, New York, you'll see more masonry houses.
-
@ffjsb its no affence ;), but with tornado or hurricane footage i see wooden houses.
-
@yiannickieboy Many east coast and midwest cities have brick homes. In the south west there are many stucco homes. You must not have seen much of the US on TV. Remember we have people from all over the world here, especially europe so we have it all.
-
@ffjsb but i only see wooden ones in movies, interviews, the news, etcetera
-
@yiannickieboy We don't build with just wood. We have just about every style of house there is, made from just about ever material there is.
I am so sorry for your friends loss of there house
