Christmas Cookies 101 - Ausstecherle / Buttergebackenes

Homemade Christmas Cookies (Plätzchen) here Ausstecherle

For the dough you need:
500g flour
250g butter
200g sugar
3 egg yolk lemon peel
kirschwasser (schnaps)

1) Knead
2) Put into Fridge for 1h....
3) Roll
4) Cut the cookies
5) Put egg yolk on it
6) Put them in the oven for 15 min (150°C=302F)

a little bit, but mainly it is because of the color and they don't get that hard/dry!
