About a month ago, I decided that I wanted to understand the crisis better. Looking at GDP and Debt for different countries over the years I noticed it was too much information to take in at once. I tried to condense information in a way that gives a general sense of recent financial history (2001 to 2010). I decided to make the data dance to Midnight by a Persian waterfall by John McFarland. It all resulted in this rather artsy 3 minute long video.

  • Its nice to see someone go through all that trouble. I am over due to finish my econometrics presentation. so far all i have is a working title and a LOT of data. The determinants of debt in the Euro zone. I am not sure what variables i should use.
