man, if she had been healthy enough to make it to 2000 olympics and had this same coach and routine i think she would have challenged for a one of the medal

I love this routine, looks a lot cleaner than ones from earlier years of her career.

@Yuri92001 And let's face it....going to Mary Lee Tracy's gym did nothing great for her gymnastics or her confidence. She gained a lot of weight, lowered her difficulty and artistry of her routines in the year 2000. The best thing for her is if she was able to keep this coach all the way to 2000.

You guys keep saying, "with a healthy Moceanu" but then ... WHEN past 1996 and even DURING Olympic year was she ever "healthy"? I mean IF she was healthy really...ever... her ENTIRE gymnastics career would have been different. How can we know what she would have been like "healthy" when she never reaaaally was? She hit her peak even when she was injured, how can we know what she would have been like at a point where her body had deteriorated even further?

Domi looked GREAT in 1998. Very lean and elegant. Too bad she couldn't continue to 2000. she still had a awesome career though.

its such a shame that an injury kept her from a second chance at the all around title in 2000, im convinced that she wouldve won and then there maybe wouldnt have been that huge scandal with the romanian sweep

I completely Agree. A healthy Moceanu would have shaken things up big time at the 2000 games.
