I guess you know what you say about your style. But about other styles you know nearly nothing it seems. Many I know use a defense that is similar to what is shown at 0:40. But its not enough to make your arm long an let him hit your hand. You need to hit his arm with your side of the hand. You punch his attack. Not let him punch your defense. The emerging momentum stops him.For you it ain't necessary to know how it works. But critics shouldn't be done wrong I think.

I was actually there for these demos, We couldn't make the past 2 yrs, but I'm hoping we will the next time. It was nice having all the organizations within the federation at this one conference sharing knowledge!!
