On Saturday January 23, we headed overa to Clear Lake State Park to watch the Mid Union Sled Haulers (Mush), Sled Dog Races! We had a blast! We of course, could not take our dogs, because they would distract the dogs who are racing. So they stayed home for the day while we went to enjoy the races.
What an awesome sight! This video includes 3 Dog Teams, 5 Dog Teams, 7 Dog Teams and Skijorning. There was a weight pulling event also, but we had to leave before that started.

I Love Huskies! My dream is to race in the Iditarod with 16 husky dogs cuz it's 12-16 dogs ya' gotta have, it's 1,000 MILES LONG!

I'm gonna train some huskies over the years to sled, I know how to. I already have a husky but she is not ready to pull and she's already an adult, but she is marked off as a sled dog because of her amamzing strenght for such a small size....
