Typical bullshit video. Trying desperately to spin this as mere domestic violence, and attempting desperately to minimize the impact of religion in all this.

One need only look at all the violence against women in Islamic countries for the least infraction to see this for what it is.

Have to agree... the reason this got lots of press and attention wasn't because it was islam, it was because a young girl was killed by some religious nut job. If he feels Muslims are being singled out, he needs to take a close look at how aggressively the US goes after faith healing parents that deny medical treatment to their children. It's criminal and no, muslims are NOT going to be held exempt from being called on this kind of ridiculous behavior.

And concerning what u mentioned abt getting an already made answers from Quran, I wonder , when u talt 2 a muslim abt Islam, from where do u think he'll answer u back??I mean when I ask u abt the canadian law 4 example, u'll give me quotes from the Canadian constitution, right? The girl may have been killed 4 not wearing hijab, and let me tell u that Islam detains that murder, as nothing in Islam allows any father, or whom so ever 2 kill a girl 4 refusing 2 wear hijab, thats a major sin in Islam.

I totally agree with Yasasif, I'm trying to have discusion, sometimes criticizing, sometimes trying to get reflexions from muslims over Youtube and everytime I get already made answers, quoted from the Koran or "we are the victims of intolerance" kind of thing. Islam as become a doctrine similar to fascism, sadfully, such a beautiful religion used for a totalitarian agenda. As bad as the american imperialism. SAD SAD SAD.

The speaker says, "The issue is fairness and balanced reporting in the media." No sir, the issue is the death of a young girl. Killed by a father indoctrinated in intolerance. Ten minutes and not even a whisper about what the father's motives. Just "Islamophobia" and "media trying to discredit Islam" and "the terrible things in Guantanamo" blah blah blah. The girl died because she didn't want to wear the Hajib. Did he even mention that???
