@versus79 I think the "twist" was perhaps the best part of the film. However, you can't deny this glorious score.

I'm on your side. I liked latitude zero (minus the lion brain transplant and bat people)

@U4000entertainment I found this movie to be insufferable. The plot, acting, and effects were all substandard and the lame "twist" at the end was just stupid. Of all the Toho movies I've seen I'd say this is the worst, along with Godzilla vs. Megalon and Dagora.

You are totally right. I surrender! ;o)

Tyler, can you post anymore music from the film?? I can't remember the name, but particularly the song with a harpsichord in it. Please?? :)

@Destroysall The rest of the score has been posted by another user. The second of these two tracks is one of the harpsichord solos, if that's what you were looking for.

One of the best Trash-Movies of all time! :o)

I'd be lying if I called it a good movie, but "trash" still seems a bit harsh. True, it's terribly written, has awful costume and set design, and much of the acting and special effects are downright lousy, but I love it very much. The undersea volcanic eruption near the beginning is one of my favorite special effects sequences of all time, and there are a number of other nicely done effects. The basic concept of Latitude Zero is wonderful. And, of course, TERRIFIC music. :)
