a short review of an underrated, un reviewed axe. Decent axe, decent price, beat the hardware store stick and rock at a comparable price!

  • Hi .. What nation is this axe made in ??? Is it china? Thanks for any help...

  • @Beachcrib I think it is made in germany or sweden. Hope that helps :)

  • Is this axe still available, I can't seem to locate it anywhere online or locally. What a great deal for an American made product, and just a few dollars more than the cheap crappy Mexican made axes. Thanks for the great review.

  • @AhnkoCheeOutdoors Hi thanks for the sub and the comment. I bought mine at Jay's Sporting Goods in Clare, Michigan. You could try googling them and giving them a call. I haven't been there in several months so I am not positive they still carry them :)

  • "you may as well throw that thing in the swamp" LOVE this guy!

  • @alicedevonport lol! I know, I say stupid things sometimes, but I mean well! Your comment made my day BTW! :D

  • Thanks for the easygoing useful review. Those European wide and thin axeheads are nice. Thanks again!

  • @Beachcrib Bacho are Swedish, fantastic quality steel (home of the Mora knife)

  • i like this video. people need to stop spedning 200 or 300 dollare on a facking axe!!! this is a relatively thin axe... it will bite deply with a good sharpening. this will hold an edge as well as ny other axe out there! really what youre doing when you buy a hardware store axe is saying im going to pocket this 180$ and im going to make this axe "mine" over the next 2 days with some custom work.. youre buying the axehead though... dont expect the handle and wedge to last.

  • @sammybamby they look great when pimped to look old. And I agree, fantastic blade. Thanks for commenting!
